2020 Riesling EUCHARIUSBERG Auslese, Stefan Müller

"The 2020er Krettnacher Euchariusberg Riesling Auslese was made from fruit picked at 93° Oechsle in a south-facing “Auf der Traif” part of the vineyard and was fermented down to sweet levels of residual sugar (75 g/l). It offers a beautifully aromatic and attractively fruity nose of apricot, pineapple juice, star fruit, pear, guava, and a touch of coconut milk. The wine coats the palate with ample juicy and ripe fruits (quince, peach, and blackberry) and a nice kick of acidity makes for a nicely pure and mouthwatering feel in the finish.
