"The 2020er Krettnacher Euchariusberg Riesling Kabinett was made from fruit picked at 81° Oechsle on over 50-year-old vines in the prime Gross Schock sector of the vineyard and was fermented down to fruity-styled levels of residual sugar (44 g/l). It offers a beautiful fresh and minty nose of herbs, spices, and white peach as well as some refined scents of orange blossom and lily flower. The wine is superbly playful on the palate where some yellow fruits are wrapped into zesty and spicy elements. It leaves a feel of lime sorbet in the focused and still rather tart and already almost dryish tasting finish. This is a gorgeous Kabinett in the making. 2026-2036" (Jean Fisch und David Rayer in Mosel Fine Wines 57)
