In der Nase eine zarte gelbe Frucht sowie. kräutige und florale Noten. Im Mund puristisch, mineralisch, komplex und dabei erfrischend naturbelassen. Wahnsinnig langer Abgang und mundwässernde Saftigkeit runden den Wein perfekt ab!

"The intensely yellow colored and pretty clear 2020 Hipping Riesling GG has a deep, intense and complex nose with pastry as well as fine, crystalline slate aromas and exhibits as a spectacular mature Hipping. Aged on the full lees until mid-August this year (so nearly two years) and bottled unfiltered, this a mouth-filling, very elegant and persistently saline Hipping with a fine phenolic grip structuring the ripe, lush and finely concentrated lemon and stone fruit. It has a stimulating and saline finish. Excellent. 11.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in August 2022." (Stephan Reinhardt)
