Lush and persistently saline on the palate, this is a highly elegant and greatly finessed Sylvaner from the Maustal and one of the finest you can buy from the 2021 vintage. The wine is already just a great pleasure to drink at this early stage because everything is already perfectly interwoven and full of fruit, finesse and salt.
