"Aged four years sur lattes, the 2017 Brut Nature Cuvée Elena is a deep, complex and rich yet also pure assemblage of Chardonnay, Auxerrois and Pinot Meunier with intense brioche and spicy fruit aromas on the ripe and very elegant nose. Full-bodied, rich and pure, with stimulating salinity and no sweetness, this is a serious, expressive and expansive sparkling wine with a fine and refreshing perlage and stimulating purity on the clear and mouth-coating finish. Absolutely impressive in its combination of complexity, intensity and saline purity. The price of 22.50 euros ex-cellar is spectacular given the superb quality. Highly recommended!".
