"The 2023 Spätburgunder Centgrafenberg GG is deep, pure, smoky and spicy on the nose, reminiscent of sour cherries and dark berries, still reductive and less charming than the Schlossberg. Elegant, fresh and taut on the palate, currently still almost drying and slightly acidic despite mellow tannins, the Centgrafenberg develops an intense, long and complex finish with dark berries on the aftertaste.
