Fruchtsüße Spätlese im Schätzel-Stil: Konzentration und atemberaubende Frische.
"Sourced in the Ölberg, Schätzel's 2016 Nierstein Riesling Spätlese is intense and aromatic on the nose where ripe Riesling and raisin aromas are displayed along with flinty aromas. Ripe and juicy on the palate, with an almost creamy texture but fine phenolics and remarkable finesse and vitality, this is a delicious, well-structured and persistently salty Spätlese with a long and aromatic finish. Still terribly young and very elegant. This Spätlese contains some Kabinett plots that were harvested early and even macerated, which gives a very good grip."
