"The 2024 Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Kabinett is clear, super precise and rather coolish on the elegant and subtle nose that shows ripe peach and just-ripe mango aromas intertwined with notes of herbs and broken and weathered blue and gray slate. Light but fully flavored and textured, this is a crystalline, remarkably refined and charmingly mouth-filling Kabinett from the dramatic steep slope framing the village of Graach and the embedded Domprobst. The finish is clear, fresh, filigreed and lively with minerality due to the fine, slate-inflected phenol grip and its crystalline nature. The 7.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. "The 2024er Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Kabinett is a fruity-styled wine with a beautiful nose of white peach, grapefruit, minerals, starfruit, and smoke. The wine is superbly airy and elegant on the palate and yet, despite being light-footed, it develops a great sense of inner structure. The finish is still a touch hard at this early stage, but the finesse and precision are already remarkable.
