"The 2023 Spätburgunder Schlossberg GG is pure, fresh and refined on the still reductive nose that shows notes of rubber gum. Silky, fresh and elegant on the palate, this is a purist and racy yet refined Pinot with a firm tannin structure and intense, pleasantly sweet fruit. It's still very firm and needs time.
