Sehr tiefe, intensive und elegante sowie salzig-mineralischen Nase mit Aromen von reifen Honigmelonen und Birnen sowie Noten von zerstoßenen Steinen und Zitrusfrüchten. Am Gaumen ist er elegant, rein und frisch, ein lebhafter und schmackhafter, zitrischer, feinbitterer und appetitanregender Chardonnay.
"The 2024 Auxerrois & Chardonnay Löss und Lehm is composed of 55% Auxerrois (fermented in stainless steel) and 45% Chardonnay (aged in stück vats). It is an elegant, crispy and aromatic white with a fresh and coolish character and white fruit aromas intermingled with lime rind nuances. Medium-bodied, round and juicy on the palate, this is a filigreed, lush and perfectly balanced gastronomic white for many occasions. The finish is intense, finely structured and even textured due to delicate sur lie notes. This is a beautiful white from a very good vintage in the Pfalz region. 12.5% stated alcohol. Screw cap.
