In der Nase herb, Kräuter, dezente, reife gelbe Früchte, kaum primärfruchtig, eher würzig, feine Frucht. Am Gaumen cremige Textur, wieder Würze- und Kräuter-noten, feine Säure mit schöner Frische, mineralisch, leicht reife Birne, etwas Quitte, gute Länge.

"Lastly, the 2020 Gigondas Vieilles Vignes is straight-up classic Gigondas with its darker berry fruits, leather, peppery garrigue, and roasted herb-like aromas and flavors. Medium to full-bodied, balanced, and elegant, it doesn't have the density of the two single vineyard releases but shows the pretty, elegant, classic style of the vintage beautifully. It will last for 10-15 years.
