"The 2023er Niedermenniger Herrenberg Riesling Kabinett Feinherb Herbert (the reference to this internal cask name is provided in small print on the label after the AP number) is an off-dry wine made from fruit harvested in the Kasselsheidchen part of the vineyard situated high up the slope. This white-hay-colored wine offers a beautiful nose made of wet stone, ripe lemon, bergamot, mint, smoke, and chalk. It is beautifully juicy and subtly off dry on the palate and leaves a gorgeous feel of fresh herbs and fresh sorbet fruits.
